Crafty Afternoons Come To The Library!
Meeting every Wednesday afternoon 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Beginning in March 2008 and continuing each month for the rest of the year, the libray will host what we have entitled "Crafty Afternoons." Each month the spotlight will be on a different craft and members of the community who are involved and interested in that craft are invited to meet in the upstairs corner classroom of the library. Come help answer each other's questions, assist eager beginners in the craft, and discuss the difficulties and joys of the craft. An experienced crafter in the field will be present to help answer questions. If you have a question but cannot attend the afternoon meetings, we invite you to leave your question at the circulation desk, and we'll get it answered for you! Please note that this is not a class but more like a month long club. This is a pilot program, and it depends upon your participation and enthusiasm for its survival in 2009! So come to the library and get involved!
