Dear Santa

Can you believe it is the time of year for letters to you? We know how very busy you are right now but hope you will take just a minute to read just one more letter. Last year the Elves wrote to you with their list. This year we, the Reindeer, would like a chance to let you know how hard we have worked all year. We know that the Elves are cute, and make toys, and keep things tidy, but we Reindeer really do the hard work and the heavy lifting. If it were not for us the Elves’ work would go nowhere. Can you believe that they can’t fly? They would have a hard time pulling a sleigh, and they are so small!

We would like to thank you for everything you have done for us in the last year!! You have helped us purchase new computers and new chairs.   Our programs this year were outstanding! The Gingerbread houses were one of our favorites! (We didn’t mean to snack on the Gingerbread!) We are always working to keep everything running smoothly. A Reindeer’s work is never done.

If you could possibly add to the gifts on the sleigh for the library we would be very grateful. We are enclosing a list of things that would help us to keep the library a happy and happening place. Also maybe you could add an extra carrot or two if it is not too much trouble.
