A new interest group is forming at the Annville Free Library!
The Mindful Foodie is for people who have an interest in learning
more about the food they eat, where it comes from, what choices
they have locally, online, and elsewhere. The topics covered will be
determined by group members and could include books,
movies, documentaries, cookbooks, food/recipe sharing,
field trips, speakers and more.

The first organizational meeting will be Monday,
November 7th  at 6:30 pm
. If you have an interest in the topic
of food in all its aspects please join us. Everyone is welcome.

The words are all around us. There are books, apps and programs everywhere
expounding the value of mindfulness and the benefits of
meditation. Leslie Tallon RYT500 yoga teacher and Integrated Yoga Therapist
will present a program on what it is and what it isn’t, explain some popular
practices and modalities in her first presentation. The next three weeks will be
spent teaching participants specific practices.

You may purchase gift cards in denominations of $100, $50, or $25. Use them at checkout just as you would cash, check, or credit card. They never expire and they can be used at any Giant store or Giant gas pumps.
