About Lebanon County Libraries
The Lebanon County Library System (LCLS) is made up of six independent public libraries serving the information needs of Lebanon county residents.
LCLS provides the means for the six libraries to share resources. These shared resources include: online catalog system, technology support, and ebook lending.
It is our belief that access to free information increases knowledge, supports the school system, provides a resource for lifelong learning, strengthens the community and improves lives. We invite you to visit the library closest to you!
Positions Available
Richland Community Library
Library Director. The library is seeking an enthusiastic and visionary library director to lead and inspire their dynamic library team!
Responsibilities:
- Initiating events and allocating resources
- Submitting annual reports and documents
- Maintaining daily operations
- Attending monthly board meetings
- Supervising, scheduling, and training staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus at least 12 Library Science credits as required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Customer service skills
- Organization skills
Compensation is $21-25 per hour based on experience and credentials. The position is 36 hours per week with some Saturday hours included.

Annville Free Library
Circulation Assistant
What’s needed:
- Customer service, computer skills, and a love of libraries
- Days/Evenings/Rotating weekends
- 19-26 hours depending on weekly needs
Requirements:
- High School diploma needed. College credits a plus.
- Necessary background checks.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Pay is $12 to start with a raise to $12.50 after the probationary period.
