Richland Community Library

The Richland Library, your window to the world through learning, culture, growth and service.

pennsylvania pass a budget
A nearly five-month budget impasse has affected Pennsylvania nonprofits. Library services are in danger if a budget is not passed soon.

Join us in asking state lawmakers and the governor to pass a budget for all Pennsylvanians now!

Last year, approximately 1,400 people visited Lebanon County libraries per day to check out books, do homework, look for jobs, use computer and WiFi services, and attend programs such as story times, early learning classes, and computer workshops.

Please contact your elected officials and ask them to pass a budget.

Contact Governor Wolf and your state legislators to say: “Support Lebanon County Libraries and our partner non-profit agencies. Pass a budget for all Pennsylvanians—now. #PAPassABudget.”
